ORDER & DELIVERY

Online orders are sent securely with a courier service and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Jewelry deliveries require a physical address; we don't recommend shipping to a P.O. box unless it’s your only option.

Your ordered jewelry will be delivered in a Nacrée leather pouch unless a Nacrée gift box is requested. 

Delivery deadlines vary between 3 and 10 days, date is calculated based on your location. 
An order tracking number will be sent in your dispatch confirmation email.

Local Order & Delivery

• Payment cash in USD, LBP cash at adjusted rate of the day, or online payment.
• Delivery all over Lebanon is available.
• Delivery usually takes between 3 to 4 working days, unless circumstances out of our control occur.
• Delivery fee is 7.0USD.
• We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
  
  

International Order & Shipping

• Only online payments are excepted, no cash upon delivery.
• Worldwide shipping is available and includes taxes and duties at checkout.
• Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 working days to arrive.
• We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

 

Notes: Our working days are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the exception of public holidays.  Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or after 9:30 am Beirut time are processed the next working day. Delivery times may be exceptionally extended due to public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
