Should you wish to return your online purchase, you can do so within 5 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to exchange the purchased jewelry, you can do so within 30 days of receipt, for the same purchasing amount. 

The jewelry items are to be returned to us in their original condition and they will go through quality control prior to the exchange or return being processed. We cannot process exchanges or returns on items that have been customized, worn, used, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse exchanging or returning any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

Kindly note that refunds for returned items will be issued back to the original payment method and can take up to 7 working days. Please contact our Client Services to arrange your exchange or return.

For in-store exchanges or returns, our expert jewelers will inspect the items directly. Please contact our Client Services ahead of your visit to ensure the availability of the item you want to exchange your order for.
